The Bluetooth connectivity on the Blackberry Playbook makes it a great work productivity tool. That’s because the Bluetooth allows the Playbook to connect easily to any Blackberry phone and access any files on said phone, including video, presentations and more. The Playbook also features some amazing security add-ons for this file-sharing interface, including the ability to instantly delete the shared files upon shutting down the Playbook. This is also a nice productivity feature, as it helps to prevent any redundancy or off-syncing of data between the Playbook and Smartphone.

In terms of price, in spite of having so many bells and whistles, the Blackberry Playbook is slated to be rather competitively if not fairly priced.

Clearly, these features set the Blackberry Playbook apart from other tablets and netbook PCs currently on the market. Add to that its stylish good looks and it’s plain to see why there is so much anticipation of its launch. Taking all of the features into account, the Playbook also appears to be one of the most advanced offerings of its kind to ever be unveiled. Only time will tell if Blackberry’s new foray into the tablet realm will eclipse what Apple or any other tablet-maker has already done.
